Oedipus, who can’t understand why his love affair has gone awry, decides to join a therapy group of relationship-challenged individuals and is prompted to go back in time, regressing to find the root of his love problem. Paul Driessen, renowned for his conceptually challenging animated enigmas, has playfully recreated this backward version of the classic legend.
Nadat zijn lief nogal vreemd op hem reageert, meldt Oedipus zich aan bij een therapiegroep. In de sessies gaat hij terug in de tijd. op zoek naar de oorzaak van zijn liefdes probleem.
Paul Driessen, bekend van zijn uitdagende animatiefilms, schotelt de kijker een achteruitvertelde versie van de mythe voor. Op zijn eigen verrassende en grappige manier.
